Under direct supervision of the director, successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
•   Conduct initial reviews on client’s expression of interests or requests for different types of Canadian/USA visas by a set deadline
•  Schedule appointments, answer phones and emails
•  Assist in translation work from Vietnamese to English and vice versa
•   Support  logistics  and  organization  of  events,  client  meetings  and workshop when needed
•  Undertake office administration duties as required
•  Perform such other duties as may be assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience
•   Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with at least one year experience preferably in immigration consultancy, law, administration, or English teaching
•  High proficiency in computer and MS Office
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
•  Basic knowledge of immigration laws and policies
•  Good English and Vietnamese writing and communication skills. IELTS
or other standardized English test an asset.
